How I work

My work is grounded in systemic and relational thinking, recognising that emotional
difficulties emerge within relationships, family histories and wider social contexts.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, therapy explores the patterns that shape how
people relate to themselves and others. These patterns may be influenced by attachment
experiences, trauma histories, neurodivergence, identity, family dynamics and the
pressures of everyday life.
My approach integrates systemic psychotherapy, attachment‑informed practice and
trauma‑sensitive perspectives, creating a reflective space where individuals, couples and
families can explore these experiences and develop new ways of understanding and
responding to them.
