Couple and Relationship Therapy
Relationships are central to our wellbeing,
yet they can also become places where misunderstanding, conflict or emotional
distance develops.
Couples therapy offers a structured space
to explore relational patterns and understand how communication, attachment
experiences, stress and life transitions influence the relationship.
Common reasons couples seek therapy
• Communication difficulties
• Repeated conflict cycles
• Loss of emotional or physical intimacy
• Trust ruptures
• Parenting stress
• Navigating neurodivergence in relationships
• Life transitions or separation
Neurodivergent relationships
A significant part of my work involves
supporting couples where one or both partners are autistic, ADHD or AuDHD.
Differences in communication styles,
emotional processing or sensory experience can create relational
misunderstandings. Therapy helps partners understand each other’s internal
experiences and develop ways of relating that strengthen safety and connection.
