Values and Ethical Framework

My practice is grounded in relational and systemic thinking, recognising that psychological
experiences emerge within relationships, histories and wider social contexts rather than
existing solely within individuals.
I work from a neurodivergence‑affirming, queer‑affirming, and culturally-sensitive perspective,
respectingdiverse ways of experiencing identity, relationships and the world. My approach is informed
by intersectional understandings of how social, cultural and relational factors shape
wellbeing.
Rather than pathologising difference, therapy aims to create a reflective space where
experiences can be understood with curiosity, compassion and respect for each person’s
unique context.
Across all areas of my work, the aim is to support greater understanding, relational safety
and meaningful change.
